Bihari cuisine!!

Its significance starts from very ancient time and ruling in every spheres and derivative. It Will be discussing appetite and food culture. The prominent one is litti choka which you can find in every corner of the state. Though it all started with litti choka but now the trend has shifted to litti chicken and you will always say when next after having it. And now the mouth-watering foods which include samosa, kachori which is like a quicker.
Eventually, daal Chawal wala happiness and satisfaction you can't get in any other food and mango Pickle with it add natural beauty and taste in it. Moving to puri chole to make you morning delicious and worthy.
However, Bihar's food has plenty to it and carries the stamp of its rich history phases. Bihar's food remained 'home-cooked' food and was not marketed as cuisine. Rice is the staple food for Bihar people, though they also consume huge quantities of wheat. Bihar's fertile land is conducive to the large rice variety grown here. Bihar's (most common being litti) popularity of baked goods can be traced back to the Greek invasion under Alexander the Great.
Most Greek soldiers remained back and intermarried with local people, preserving and shaping, of course, their eating preferences. References that rice was a staple food can be found in historical records for a long time. Even during Lord Buddha's period, the elite ate the superior quality of fine-grained rice, where, like the poor, fat-grained rice was of inferior quality. Chinese traveller Hiuen Tsang was given mahasali rice to eat at Nalanda. Each grain was as large as a bean, and aromatic and shiny when cooked.
Centuries later, during the reign of the Mughal emperor akbar, Abul Fazl, while writing about the different rice varieties found in this place's rich Gangetic basin, said that if a single grain of each type of rice were gathered, a large vase would be filled up.
We can be said, Bihar food or Bihar cuisine has a long history that can be traced back to the civilizations that flourished in this region, or to the kingdoms that grew in this region. Bihar has many other foodstuffs like sattu Paratha etc. Most of the items been picked from nature so it's beauty will always there. Do come once and take it for forever.
